A Brief Academic Profile

Masters in Psychology (1989) with a special paper and Work on Educational and Psychological Measurement (Psychometrics)

M.Phil. (Clinical, Diagnostic Testing; 1996) and worked on "Validation and Norm Development of Salma-Shah Depression Scale (SSDS)"

Ph.D. in Social/Clinical Psychology with a study in Educational and Psychological Assessment (Psychometrics, 2004) and worked on "A Comparison of Ethnic-Self-Discrepancy in Afghan Refugees and Native Pakhtoons in N-WFP."

Fulbright Post Doctoral Fellowship (2008). Research topic was "A Tetra-choric Model of Teachers' Evaluation for Post-Graduate Institutions in Pakistan". Also attended Psychology Clinic at the Department of Psychology, University of California Berkeley, CA, USA.
